If we need to organize a hierarchy this is where we would do it.
When I’m working on a proposal I generate a lot of files on my computer. Not all of them need to be on the Google Drive, only files that get used multiple times and will aid in the preparation of new proposals.

I have set up a separate google account to keep track of our proposals.
